What we collect

Registration asks for your name, username, and email address. If you add private notes inside your account, they stay private — we don’t share them with other users unless you do.

We also collect basic server log data automatically (your IP address, which pages you visit), but only to understand general site usage. That data is never used to identify you personally.

Our support and quality teams can access student data when their work requires it. No one else can.

Children under 13

We ask that younger students only use the site with a parent or guardian involved. Please supervise account registration and don’t let under-13s submit personal information without your knowledge.

Security

The site runs on SSL, gets scanned regularly for malware, and stores data on secure servers with password authentication, two-factor authentication, and encryption where applicable. We follow standard industry practices — nothing exotic, but nothing sloppy either.

Your data, your access

Your student portal gives you full access to your personal information at any time. You can review it, update it, or ask us to correct anything. We don’t sell student data. We don’t hold student profiles after your account closes.

If you cancel, we keep your data for 12 months, then delete it permanently. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — class records included.

If a student goes absent for a week or more without telling us, we remove their data as part of our housekeeping process. Resuming classes means filling in the enrollment form again.

Third parties

Student data doesn’t get shared beyond your educational program. Not sold, not traded, not handed off — unless you or a parent explicitly authorize something specific. Any third party we work with operates under the same rules.

Refunds

If a student hasn’t started yet, or is still within their first three classes, they get a full refund. After three classes, refunds aren’t available. All refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

Payments

We use PayPal. We don’t touch or store your card details — PayPal handles all of that under PCI-DSS. Once your payment goes through, the transaction data isn’t held.

If this policy changes

We’ll post a notice on the site and message you directly so you can confirm consent to any changes. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account and we’ll remove your data immediately.
