Terms & Conditions — Mubarak Academy
1. Attendance
Time is the most important thing we own. Students and teachers must be online on time — no delays accepted from either side, except in genuine emergencies.
2. Dress Code
Students should dress modestly and appropriately for Quran classes.
3. Rescheduling & Makeup Classes
If you can’t attend a class, text the Administration at least 5 hours before it starts and arrange a makeup on another suitable day. Each study plan allows up to three rescheduled classes per month.
If you miss a class without notifying us at least 5 hours ahead, no makeup will be arranged — unless there’s a sudden illness or a bereavement in the family.
If you’re planning a holiday, let Administration know in advance.
4. Teacher Punctuality
In rare cases a teacher may miss a class (power outage, medical emergency). If your teacher hasn’t joined after a few minutes, message Administration to let them know you’re online. Any missed time or class will be made up.
If a teacher is regularly late or absent, please contact Administration as soon as possible.
5. Number of Monthly Classes
Your class schedule was agreed when you enrolled. To increase or reduce your hours, contact Administration.
6. Quality Control
We monitor learning quality through attendance tracking, regular teacher training, student and teacher feedback, and quarterly progress reports.
7. Class Reports
After every class, teachers log the session time and write a summary report.
8. Feedback
Our Quality team will reach out after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. If you have any concerns, questions, or complaints, please share them — it helps us improve.
9. Privacy
All personal information for students and teachers is kept strictly confidential. No one has the right to access, copy, or use it in any way. WhatsApp is the official communication channel between students, teachers, and Administration.
10. Payment
Subscription payment is due after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson begins.
11. Refunds
If you’re not satisfied, or if you decide to stop classes at any point during the month, we’ll refund 100% of the classes not yet delivered — provided you notify Administration at least two days before your last class.
If your monthly hours weren’t completed, arrange the makeup classes with your teacher as soon as possible on days that work for both of you.
12. Public Holidays
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Allah has given you something better than them — the day of Eid al-Adha and the day of Eid al-Fitr.”
We observe two main holidays: Eid al-Adha (5 days) and Eid al-Fitr (3 days). Classes that fall during these breaks are a gift to your teacher and will not be rescheduled.
13. Classes Within the Academy Only
Students are not permitted to arrange private lessons with their teacher outside the Academy platform. All classes must take place through Mubarak Academy only.
14. Leaving the Academy
If you decide to leave, please email Administration at least two days before your intended last class and include the reason for leaving.
